FACTS Management is an online service that helps K-12 schools run smoothly by managing tasks like grades, attendance, and tuition payments. Its Student Information System (SIS) makes it easy for schools, teachers, parents, and students to stay connected. Families and students can use the FACTS Family Portal or App to check grades and get school updates.

How to Access FACTS

1. Go to FACTSmgt.com/login and select either Family Portal Login or Student Information System

2. Type in our District Code: sbp-al

3. If you're a parent, click Create Account if you don't have one yet.

4. Type your Email Address.

5. Click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your Family Portal Login. The link is active for 6 hours.

6. Click the Create your Family Portal Login link in the email.

7. Type a Username and Password.

8. Click Create Account.

9. Click Back to log in and use your new credentials to log in.

Important Note
To create a Family Portal account, family members and students must use a unique email address. When attempting to create a new account with an email address already in use by a profile within the school's FACTS SIS database an error message will display.
